My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and focused on helping you not just understand your experiences, but actually feel different in your day-to-day life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ohio with training in violence, loss, and trauma. Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with my family, in nature, or recharging in quiet moments.
